A recent testimonial
Our relationship counseling sessions with Dr. Mathis were amazing and worthwhile, and she helped us learn a great deal about ourselves alone and ourselves in relationship. She was always empathetic and insightful, and I’ll be thinking about our conversations whenever anxieties and hurts and our tendencies to dismiss difficult feelings come up. My girlfriend and I are closer than we have been at any point in the last few years. I’ve been thinking a lot about breaking cycles and finding core emotions that drive secondary emotions, and I’m in a really good place right now. Dr. Mathis played a big role in that, and I have far more tools for my emotional journey because of our sessions.
